How we make that true
From Settings you can download your full account — profile, every message, magnets, scans — as a single file, with direct links to your media. No request form, no waiting, no permission needed. It already works.
Videos export as MP4, voice as MP3/audio, letters as plain text, the rest as readable JSON. These open on any device, with no Semperia account and no special software — now or in twenty years.
Your one-time payment isn't spent on day one. A portion of every vault is set aside to prepay years of storage at cost. Keeping an encrypted vault warm costs cents per year — the honest version of "forever" is a funded reserve, not a marketing word.
If we ever had to close, you'd get advance notice — not an overnight 404. We commit to a wind-down window with automatic export emails to every owner and recipient, so nobody loses access without a chance to save everything first.
Every magnet resolves through a single address we commit to keep pointing where it should — even if the infrastructure behind it changes. The magnet on your fridge doesn't become a dead link because something moved.
No anonymous black box
Trust shouldn't rest on a logo. These are checkable facts — a real EU company, a named founder, and the exact way your messages are protected.
On the roadmap
We're building toward a key fragment printed with your magnet. With it, your exported encrypted bundle stays openable using only the physical object you already have — no servers required at all. No competitor offers this. It turns "trust us" into "you don't have to."

We will never turn a recording into a synthetic avatar or chatbot. A real voice, a real face, a real message — sealed. Not an imitation that keeps talking after you're gone.
Your messages aren't training data, ad targeting, or a product. They're encrypted, and they're yours. The business is the one-time payment — nothing hidden underneath it.
